Our Garantee
Basicly just two conditions

1. Right to revoke:
The Client has the right to revoke an order placed within a period of two days from the reception of the same, having previously advised Kidsportleisure.com, with a refund of the price that would have been paid for the item. The order must be sent back with all the products that are to be returned with the original product packaging. If the product is defective the client can also choose, within these two days, to receive a replacement. The order must be returned with all products and original box in perfect conditions. If any of the products is not in perfect conditions, Kidsportleisure.com takes the responsibility of sending a new product to the customer without any extra charges or it will refund all money associated to the wrong product.

2. Return owing to product defects, defects caused in transportation or incorrect shipment:
If at the time of delivery, without having to manipulate the packaging or the product wrapping,it is clear that the product has been damaged in transport or that, in the same manner, the merchandise received is incorrect, the Client shouldadvise Kidsportleisure.com within 48 hours of receiving the order to arrange the return of the product or products affected ,and with it its replacement or a refund of the price paid for the product.

Shipping and delivery
Secure transport

Orders will be sent via the transport company, Dachser to all countries in Europe, to the delivery address indicated at the time of placing the order. These costs you will find at any moment in your purchase chart.

If at the time of delivery you are not present at the indicated address, the transport company will leave you a note and will contact you to arrange the delivery.

If at the time of delivery, without having to manipulate the packaging or the product wrapping, it is clear that the product has been damaged in transport or that, in the same manner, the merchandise received is incorrect, the Client should record it on the delivery note and advise Kidsportleisure.com within 48 hours of receiving the order to arrange the return of the product or products affected, and with it its replacement or a refund of the price paid for the product.

International Shipping
The customer is responsible of all extra costs or duties associated to the country destination. The currier may charge this extra costs associated to duties or extra taxes in the moment of delivery. Non European countries DO NOT HAVE included this kind of extra costs on the invoice. This kind of charges becomes from duties in the destination country.

How to pay?
Methods of payment

For your convenience,
3 methods of payment are available:

1. Payment by credit card:
The customer may choose to pay by credit card and may do so by providing this information at the time of placing the order online (VISA and Mastercard).

2. Payment via bank transfer:
The total sum will appear on your screen before confirming the order. The number is automatically assigned by the system when it has been completed; as well as indicating the recipient as Kidsportleisure.com The transfer must be made within 7 days from the date on which the order was placed. If we do not receive the payment within the stipulated time, the order will be automatically cancelled. Please send us your order by mail, imediately after we send you the invoice.

3. Paypal:
If you chose this type of payment when the order is finished you will be redirected to the official Paypal website. There you can finish the payment. Once the payment has been done correctly your order is finished and and email will be send to you. Clicking on the button "Return to www.kidsportleisure.com, you will be returned to the kidsportleisure webpage and you will be able to see and print the order.
