Shipping method


The purchased products shall be delivered by a delivery service specified by Kidsportleisure to the customer or a delivery destination specified by the customer.

Delivery to a destination outside Europe


A Product will not be shipped to certain countries or area outside Europe. Please ask us for futher information.

Schedule of shipment


If the customer makes the payment by credit card and the product is in stock, Kidsportleisure shall ship the Product within approximately 10 business days from the date on whcih the Purchase Agreement is executed. If the product is not in stock, Kidsportleisure shall ship the Product within 2 weeks to 2 months from the date on which the Purchase Agreement is executed. If the customer makes the payment by an alternative payment method and the product is in stock, Kidsportleisure shall ship the product within 10 business days after Kidsportleisure confirms receipt of the payment from the customer. If the product is not in stock, Kidsportleisure shall ship the product within 2 weeks to 2 months after Kidsportleisure confirms receipt of the payment from the customer. In either case, Kidsportleisure shall notify the customer of the scheduled product shipment date by e-mail. Please confirm the scheduled product shipment date by the e-mail. Please note that the product may be shipped a few days earlier or later than the scheduled shipment date due to weather, traffic or other causes.

Privacy


Your trust is of most importance to us. To process your order we need your personal details, these details are held strictly for our own use. We will never share these details with third parties. These data are carefully handled in accordance with the Data Protection Act.


Security


For Creditcard payments during the connection between you and kidsport leisure we use SSL [External page] to send the transaction information, all data is totally encrypted. To use SSL you have to pay no special software required. You can recognize a secure SSL connection to the "lock" in the bottom status bar of your browser.

Returns & Replacements

  • Customers may change or cancel an Order during the time from starting the ordering process until the process for formally placing the Order is completed.
  • If a Customer wishes to change or cancel an Order as prescribed in Paragraph 1. of this Article, the Customer must send a notice of intent to change or cancel said Order to the Customer Center via e-mail from the Webpage specified by Kidsportleisure before the process for formally placing the Order is completed.
  • The Order information can be changed by reentering the Order.
  • An Order cannot be changed or cancelled after it has been formally placed except in the case of returns or replacements pursuant to "Returns" , "Replacement of Damaged or Dirty Products" and "Replacement of Wrong Size" of this Agreement.

Returns

  • Customers may return purchased Products, even if the purchased Product is not defective, pursuant to this Article except for Products pursuant to the Items in Paragraph 8. of this Article. However, the Customer cannot return custom-made products at its convenience.
  • If the Customer desires to return Products that can be returned pursuant to Paragraph 1. of this Article, the Customer must complete the return procedures by sending an e-mail to the Customer Center from the designated Webpage of the Site within 8 days of receiving said Product (hereinafter “Web Return Processing”) and then shall promptly send said Product to the address designated by the Customer Center (hereinafter “Product Return Address”).
  • The return shipping costs shall be borne by the Customer.
  • Kidsportleisure will not accept returns which are not sent to the Product Return Address designated for said Product within 15 days from the date the Web Return Processing is completed.
  • After the returned Product is received at the Product Return Address and Kidsportleisure confirms said Product can be returned, Shimano will refund the purchase amount. However, Shimano will not send a refund if the Customer returns the Product without completing the Web Return Processing.
  • When refunding the purchase amount, if the payment was made by credit card, as a rule the credit card company will not bill the customer for the purchase. If, however, the Product return comes after the credit card billing deadline and the Customer is charged for the purchase, the next month the credit card company will refund the purchase amount by crediting the Customer’s account for the refund amount. In addition, please note that depending on the circumstances, Kidportleisure may select to refund the purchase amount by postal check, international postal money transfer, bank transfer, or other means.
  • If the payment was made by other than credit card, Kidsportleisure will refund the purchase amount by postal check, international postal money transfer, bank transfer, or other means.
  • Please note the returns of the following products are not accepted.
    • Products that are found to have been used even once
    • Products without the accompanying case or packaging
    • Products with the tags removed
    • Products with missing accessories
    • Products that are found to be unusable due to deformation due to being tried on or used or that have an unusual smell
    • Products that are damaged or dirty for reasons not the fault of Kidsportleisure.
    • Returned Products for which Web Return Processing has not been completed by the Customer
    • Products for which 9 days has passed without Web Return Processing being completed by the Customer

Replacement of Damaged or Dirty Products

  • Kidsportleisure takes great care to check the quality of its Products, but in the event a Product is damaged or dirty, the damaged or dirty Product will be replaced except for those Products pursuant to the Items in Paragraph 5. of this Article.
  • Customers who wish to have a product replaced pursuant to Paragraph 1. of this Article shall complete the replacement procedures by sending an e-mail to the Customer Center from the designated Webpage of the Site within 8 days of receiving said Product (hereinafter “Web Replacement Processing”) and then shall promptly send said Product to the address specified by the Customer Center (hereinafter “Return Address”).
  • Any cost of return shipping shall be initially paid by the Customer. Any cost of the return shipping shall be subsequently paid to the Customer by Kidportleisure if the returned Product is found to be replaceable.
  • If the Customer returns the Product without completing the Web Replacement Processing or if the Customer does not return said Product to the designated address within 15 days from the date the Web Replacement Processing is completed, Shimano might not replace said Product.
  • Please note that the following products cannot be replaced pursuant to the provisions of this Article.
    • Products that are damaged or dirty for reasons not attributable to Kidsportleisure
    • Products for which 9 days has passed without Web Replacement Processing being completed by the Customer

Replacement of Wrong Size

  • The replacement of Products other than those pursuant to "Replacement of Damaged or Dirty Products" of this Agreement shall be limited to replacement of shoes of the wrong size.
  • Customers desiring to replace products due to wrong shoe size pursuant to this Article shall givenotice of said desire by sending an e-mail to the Customer Center from the designated Webpage of the Site within 8 days of receiving said Product and then shall promptly send said Product to the address specified by the Customer Center.
  • Any cost of return shipping shall be initially paid by the Customer. Any cost of the return shipping shall be subsequently paid to the Customer by Kidsportleisure if the returned Product is found to be replaceable.
  • If the Customer returns the Product without giving notice to the Customer Center pursuant to Paragraph 2. of this Article or if the Customer does not return said Product within 15 days from the date notification is given to the Customer Center, Kidsportleisure might not replace said Product.
  • Please note that the following products cannot be replaced pursuant to this Article.
    • Products that are found to have been used even once
    • Products without the accompanying case or packaging
    • Products without the tags
    • Products with missing accessories
    • Products that are found to be unusable for the reason of deformation or smell due to being tried on or used
    • Products that are damaged or defaced for reasons not attributable to Kidsportleisure.
    • Products returned by the Customer without the replacement request prescribed in Paragraph (2) of this Article.
    • Products for which the Customer has not given the notification prescribed in Paragraph (2) of this Article within 8 days after the Customer receives the Product.

Payment methods & Pricing

  • Creditcard payments
    • Payment with credit card is required. VISA and MasterCard are available.
    • American Express, Diners Card, and some VISA credit cards are not available.
    • The use of 3D Secure shall be used for the purchase on the Website. Contact your credit card company for more information about the 3D Secure system of the company.
  • Money order
    • The moment we received your payment we will ship out your order.

Viewing Orders

Customers can access feature-rich accounts to view order statuses and receive tracking information directly on the site, as well view their order history and edit their details, add and edit shipping addresses.
